Built Around the Kitchen Table, Carried Onto Every Job Site
Chinchilla Construction Co. didn't start in a boardroom — it started in a North Texas home, with a father who believed a handshake should mean something and that the houses we build for other families should be just as good as the one we live in ourselves.
Over thirty years later, that belief still runs the company. Our crews are led by family, and the values our parents raised us with — show up on time, do the work right, tell the truth even when it's hard — are the same ones we bring through every front door in Dallas–Fort Worth.
Those values are why so many of our jobs come from neighbors of neighbors. A kitchen remodel turns into a roof a few years later. A roof turns into a referral down the street. We've watched kids grow up in homes we framed, and we've come back to remodel those same homes when those kids became homeowners themselves.
That's what honest work buys you — not just a finished project, but a relationship. And after three decades of building both, we wouldn't do it any other way.
